REGISTRATION FEE

The registration fee includes:

Group Registration
  1. Every 10 (ten) participants registered, will get 1 (one) free additional participant
Exhibitor Badge
  1. Additional for exhibitor badge will cost $ 150 per badge
  2. The fee includes:
  3. - Exhibitor badge
    - Access to Exhibition hall

E-Certificate
  • Certificate will not be printed. The E-certificate will be distribute after the congress by email, please make sure you register with the correct email address

  2. Payment by credit card will be redirect to our online payment gateaway
  3. There will be additional charge at 3% from the total amount and Rp 5.000,- per transaction
  4. The confirmation of registration will be send automatically to your email once the payment succeed
Virtual Account
  1. Payment can be made using Internet Banking & ATM
  2. The virtual account no. will only valid for 7 days after the registration date
  3. There will be additional charge at Rp 5.000 per transaction

Wire Transfer (offline)
  1. Suggested for Group Registration Payment
  2. Payment can be made using bank transfer, Internet Banking & ATM
  3. The copy of bank transfer should be submitted to the registration team at registration@apapari2019.com
  4. The confirmation will be send after we have received the copy of bank transfer. The distribution will be take up to 5 working days
Applicants must register to main congress first to join the Pre-congress Workshop

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. All cancellations must be made in written and send by email to registration@apapari2019.com
  2. Cancellation details:
  3. a. Prior to 30 June 2019 : full refund
    b. After 30 June 2019 : there will be no refund
